When you drive somewhere by yourself – not a long distance but an hour or less – do you:
Use the time to talk to yourself?
Zone out?
Revel in the peace and quiet and let your mind wander?
Put on music? If so, radio? CD? Carplay? Known songs? Unknown songs?
I’m curious, because while it’s a great opporunity to let the music roar, and I love music, I tend to drive in silence for some reason ……

I am with you, Susan. Every so often I feel a little guilty for not enjoying music, but I work to find other times to do that.
Audio book or streaming news service. Back in the day it was rock n roll loud enough to crack the windows, but maybe age made me quieter.
Never ever silence. Usually podcast, sometimes audio book, occasionally music – always old, rarely radio.
There are just so many podcasts about every single subject, I can always find something fascinating.
