Scones, Scones, and More Scones!

I have been on a scone kick lately, and while I have several cookbooks with scone recipes, I have to give a shout out to https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/ whose scone recipes I have been enjoying this past month. The cranberry-orange scones? OMG! The blueberry scones? SO much better than a muffin. And the pumpkin scones? YUM, and I’m not even a pumpkin fan!

Be sure to freeze the butter and grate it, as suggested. Highly recommend fresh cranberries for the cranberry/orange ones; and it worked better for me when they were frozen. Follow recommended chilling time. And be sure to blot the pumpkin for the pumpkin scones. Great for breakfast, tea time, even as a dessert!
